We were fresh off our vacation and got right back into our Weddings with Meghan and Dan. These two had a wonderful day up at Hiland Park County Club to kick off a Double Header Wedding Weekend for us at the beginning of September. Meg and her girls got ready in the bridal suite. She had laminated various helpful signs for her crew (our timeline, color swatches of day, makeup schedule, etc), which helped everyone stay on task. Dan and his guys got ready in the Groom suite and Keith bopped over to him for some fun shots; especially with the cool pool table. After Meg got dressed, she had a grand reveal with her dad and the bottom of the staircase and then a first look with Dan outside next to Hiland’s Rolls Royce. It was a little breezy outside, but we moved around and made some beautiful pics near the golf course and driving range. The couple were married outside and even tied a wedding knot during the ceremony. We did some quick golden hour photos of the couple before they entered their cocktail hour; which Hiland Park has such an amazing cocktail hour with many food stations for guests. The Reception got under way in the ballroom and DJ Mike Garrasi had a packed dance floor. During the toasts, the maid of honor surprised her sister with a book of notes from the Bride’s students. It was really neat hearing what they had to say about their teacher’s nuptials. Congrats again; Meghan and Dan on your marriage. Wishing you so much happiness.
