Our Double Header Wedding Weekend in September started off on Friday, the 13th with the Wedding of Stacy and Tim. We had been anticipating working this wedding since this couple’s engagement photos last fall. They are super fun and love to have a good time. Stacy is a ball of energy and anyone who knows her, knows her key phrase, “YEAH, BUDDY!” Tim is all smiles when he is near his girl. We started the day at the Renaissance Hotel where we heard loud music and singing as soon as the elevator doors opened. The ladies were literally having a dance party in the room. Shots of Fireball were served and we even had the bride and her maid of honor wanting to jump on the bed for some fun photos. We met Tim down in the lobby and set up the First Look of the couple in the hotel library. After the First Look, we headed across the street to the Capital building for pictures of the couple before the Wedding Party joined us for group pictures. We made our way around the Capital and then ended over to 90 State Events to get ready for the ceremony. The couple were married inside the venue. As soon as Stacy and her dad made it to down the aisle, Stacy yelled “Yeah, Buddy!” when she saw Tim and everyone laughed. Total Events had worked the morning of the event draping white fabric to add to the venue decor and we loved the look in the bank vault, so we got some pictures in there after the Ceremony. The room was turned around and guests came down the stairs from cocktail hour and entered the ballroom. After their first dance and speeches, the parent dances took place and when Stacy and her dad hit the dance floor, she surprised her guests with a fast paced song that the two of them danced to. They killed it! Such a fun day and even funner couple. We smiled all day. Thanks Stacy and Tim for keeping us laughing and having a blast. Congrats again guys!
