In 2013, Kristin went to a small party hosted by a friend of her’s in grad school. Colin went to school with her friend and is really good friends with her now husband. Colin had just come home from California and his friend convinced him to go to the party to hang out. He met Kristin there and they started to talk and hit it off. They’ve been together ever since. On a random Thursday night in 2018, Kristin was tired and started to head to bed, but Colin told her he “lost” his wallet and needed help finding it. He asked her to look on the couch as he said it may have fallen into the couch cushions. When Kristin pulled a blanket off the couch to begin looking, she found his wallet and an empty ring box. When she turned around, Colin was on one knee with the ring in his hand. Kristin and Colin are huge Yankee fans and like to go hiking together. We met these two for a Troy engagement session and hit up Russell Sage college, the Troy sign and even the waterfront. We’re excited to be capturing their wedding in December of 2020 at Jimbo’s Club at the Point.
