Meghan & Daniel’s Engagement Session Saratoga Springs NY Engagement Photographers

Meghan and Dan met at St. John Fisher College on their first day of Freshman Orientation.  They were in a big room and everyone was told to “meet and greet” the person beside them.  They were told that person would be their first “Fisher Friend.”  The two really clicked and hung out all night and the following day.  Lots of flirting and laughing later, they eventually began to date.  The couple were in Lake George over February break and wanted to go see the Ice Castles; but they were closed.  Instead, they decided to take a walk on the lake.  They stepped out on the ice; which made Meghan nervous and Dan said they should go out further.  Once they were in the middle of the lake, Daniel got down on one knee and asked the question.  Meghan, who was shocked and had no idea, was so excited she forgot to say “yes.”   A few hours later at the Adirondack Winery, Dan asked if it was a “yes,” which Meghan replied “of course it was.”  These two consider themselves home bodies.  Lake George is their favorite place to go.  They love trying new foods and consider themselves foodies; hitting up new restaurants.  They are obsessed with their cat; Mojito.  They even have a cat stroller and a leash so they can take Mojito on walks.  We met these two in Congress Park one evening to capture their engagement session.  We’re looking forward to capturing their Wedding Day in early September at Hiland Park Country Club.
