Lizzie & David, August 1, 2021, Old Daley on Crooked Lake, Averill Park, NY
We were so excited to be contacted by another Pulcher family member for their wedding. We did David’s sister, Kristen’s wedding in 2019. Lizzie and David were the next in line. David is a little on the quiet side, but Lizzie on the other hand, is full of spirit and so bubbly. She instantly brings a smile to his face when they are around each other. They truly compliment each other and we love when they are together so we can see that amazing smile. Lizzie and her girls got ready in the Bridal Suite when we arrived and was finishing up hair and makeup. All the girls had cute robes on and we had a lot of fun with the champagne toast. The guys were down the hall in the Groom Suite and after David enjoyed a Cosmic Donuts, he got dressed with the help of his best man. The couple had a First Look out by the lake and then the Groom’s daughter came out and saw the couple for the first time. The emotions expressed by her and the couple made everyone smile with tears in their eyes. We did most of their pictures ahead of the ceremony, which was a good thing, because rain was predicted for the day. Old Daley even had the indoor Ceremony location set up just in case. The couple ended up getting married by the lake and it was beautiful. The Reception kicked off in the ballroom and the couple danced their first dance and parent dances. After speeches, we headed back outside and captured some gorgeous images by the willow tree on the property; which was the Bride’s favorite. The Southbound Band played some fun music and guests danced to the beat and I don’t think the Bride left the dance floor. Right before we were due to say our good-byes, we noticed it had started to rain and asked the couple to go outside once more quickly. We made magic with that rain and are so glad we were able to capture it for this couple. Congrats again to Lizzie and David. We wish you guys all the best and continued love for your future.
