Laura and Sean met while in high school and used to find themselves at the same parties. They grew apart after graduation, but remained friends. In their mid-20’s, they came back together and have been together now for 8 years. They will be getting married on their 10th dating Anniversary. On their 8th dating Anniversary, Laura was upstairs getting ready for work. Sean came home from working an overnight and came upstairs and told Laura he had something important for her. Laura; running late, thinking it was just flowers or something, refused to come to him and didn’t realize he was very serious. Sean eventually entered the bathroom and got close to her and asked her to marry him. Laura jokes that she had to put the toothbrush down to accept the ring. Laura and Sean share several cats together. They actually don’t share many hobbies, but feel that’s what makes their relationship tick. He likes video games and she likes books. He stays in and she likes to go out. They feel it creates a perfect balance that they both appreciate. We shot their gorgeous engagement session at Stem and Stone Farm and the sky was like a painting when the sun set. The wild flowers also played the perfect background to tell their love story. We are looking forward to capturing their wedding in June 2027 at River Stone Manor.
