We’ve known this couple for a few years now. They seemed to be on the dance floor at many of the weddings we’ve shot (sister, friends). I think at one of those, Keith approached them and said, “when you two get engaged, give me a call.” I think we were in contact with this coupe just days after Kevin popped the question, LOL. We started our day over at Best Western Franklin Square where both Bride and Groom got ready in their perspective suites. We were able to bop into both for some prep shots. Kerry got dressed with the help of her mom and sister (Hitlin Alumni). After an emotional first reveal with dad, and then her bridesmaids, we made our way outside for the couple’s first look. Kevin is all smiles when he is around Kerry. These two have very similar personalities and were glowing the entire rest of the day after seeing each other. We moved around the area surrounding Franklin Plaza for pictures. Then we came back to their venue where their entire wedding party was cheering them on walking down the street. Wedding Party photos included the most adorable ring bearer and then we did family portraits before getting ready for the Ceremony. The couple were married inside Franklin’s beautiful ballroom and then everyone went upstairs to enjoy cocktail hour. The room was revealed to the couple moments before guests entered and we did some stunning shots with their last name in lights. Some really great speeches included a personalized song sung by Kerry’s sister, Kristy who is a music teacher. The parent dances had some fun twists and everyone enjoyed Franklin’s delicious entrees. We were able to sneak up to the roof quick for some sunset photos and then down again to the ballroom for cake cutting before everyone got on the dance floor. This crowd really liked dancing at the dance floor was a jam packed all night. Congrats again to Kerry and Kevin on officially tying the knot. We’re thrilled that we got to capture your day. It was a blast!
