Jessica & Dominic, November 6, 2020, Franklin Plaza
We started November with unusual warm temperatures. On this day, we truly had an Indian Summer as the temperatures were about 69 degrees. Jessica and her girls got ready in a common area of Best Western Franklin Square. One of our own #hitlinalumni; Brittany Snow was on hand for hair and makeup and it was so great catching up with her. Dominic and his guys got ready up in the suite. We bounced between both to get prep shots and of course the obligatory toasts with their attendants. The couple decided on a First Look and we did it right under Franklin Plaza’s awning. Dominic was so excited that he turned around before we finished counting but quickly turned back around; LOL. These two are so in love and you can just see it by their interaction with each other. A true sign is making each other laugh and these two had that down easily. We walked around the vicinity and found some neat fall foliage still out and about. The wedding party then met up with us for some group pictures and we finished with family pictures up on the 3rd floor. Just before the ceremony, the sun was setting over Troy and we darted out on the roof for the last bit of it. The couple were married on the newly renovated 2nd floor of Franklin Plaza by Bishop Christopher Richard. A small gathering of family and close friends witnessed the couple’s nuptials and then headed back to the 3rd floor for an intimate reception. The couple were able to do their first dance and parent dances and both father’s spoke. Franklin Plaza’s roof top was open for guests to enjoy and let me tell you that was one beautiful night up there; we even ate outside for our break. It was SO WARM. DJ Vinny Vin played great music for guests to enjoy both inside and outside. We ended the night with the couple’s cake cutting. Congrats again Jess and Dom! You guys are troopers for sticking it out and still getting married in 2020; we applaud you for that. Wishing you all the best for a beautiful future together.
