We had such a spectacular day with Heather and Kris a few weeks back on their property in Berne for their Wedding. Through wedding planning, some things changed like location, but the couple landed on having their nuptials take place on their property and it did not disappoint. The couple own a huge property that includes rustic red barns and horses. When we arrived; Heather and her girls were in the house finishing hair and makeup, while Kris and his guys were in the garage finishing getting ready. We were able to float between both of them for some prep. The couple had their first look outside and we spent some good time doing Bride and Groom pictures at various spots on property. The couple’s 2 dogs were on hand and the one did not want to leave the Bride’s side all day. We loved how they both wore these very cool cowboy boots with interesting art on the bottom. The couple have a large family, so we took many of those pics before the Ceremony. The Ceremony was nothing short of beautiful. Kris had put some hay out behind the arbor in the distance and as the couple were wed, the horses were seen in the background. All of the guests had confetti cannons placed on their chairs and as the couple exited, they were showered in confetti. Guests made their way up the hill to the Reception tent, and BBQ delights had wonderful food waiting for them. We shot some stuff with the couple’s horses before they entered the tent. IT was a party and everyone had a blast. We even captured some beautiful sunset colors outside the tent as well. Congrats again to Heather and Kris for having such a wonderful day and inviting us to capture everything. It was a great day!
