We were so lucky to have two amazing wedding back to back during our double header weekend a few weeks ago and for both of them to be FEATURED in Huff Post Weddings was beyond amazing!  Amanda and Mike had such a beautiful day and we captured every moment.  We started the day at Jean Paul Salon where Amanda and her girls had hair and makeup done,  Meg’s sister’s good friend Ariana works there and greeted us and led us to all of the girls.  After some dramatic makeup closeup shots (thanks for the light Ariana), we headed to the Hampton Inn & Suites down the road.  Amanda slipped into her gown and we did Bridesmaid shots at the hotel.  Keith dropped by the guys in another hotel room for some quick prep. and then everyone headed over to Orchard Creek Golf Club.  We just love the setting at Orchard Creek.  To get married among apple trees and golf is such a pretty setting.  Our friend, Joell Viscusi and her staff had everything ready when we arrived and the outdoor ceremony space looked beautiful.  Officiate Robyn King married the couple and then we headed out to the golf course for some Bride and Groom portraits.  Some bright sun afforded us some very dramatic shots and then we headed into their reception in their outdoor pavillion.  DJ Mike Reilly always does a wonderful job and had the whole crowd eager to get dancing.  And did I mention they had PIE instead of cake?  Yup!  The couple wanted to have cherry pie for their first shared dessert together and we didn’t argue (cause I’m not going to lie; we LOVE PIE)!  

Amanda and Mike, thanks for letting us share in your special day.  You two were so easy going and really were so fun to photograph.  We wish you two many happy years!!
