Kristin & Colin, July 24, 2020, Loudonville, NY
When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade. Kristin and Colin had to do that this year; being one of many couples affected by Covid 19 and their wedding plans. We originally were scheduled to shoot their Wedding this December up in Brant Lake, but due to guest number limitations and the fear of anyone contracting the virus, the couple made the decision to move up the date and lower the guest to very close family and friends. Keith met Colin at St. Pius X and began some Groom photos before getting ready for the Ceremony. Kristin arrived with her parents outside and she was just beaming with joy. The Ceremony was attended by just 23 people and they still were able to say their I Do’s at Kristin’s family church. It was a sweet ceremony and the Maid of Honor and Best Man joined on the altar wearing face masks. The couple still had some great moments of giggles during the ceremony; which is always our favorite part capturing. After the ceremony, we took advantage of the light outside the church for family pictures and a few of the couple before heading over to the Crossings of Colonie for some Bride and Groom pictures. A nice pink sky ended our evening with them. Congrats again to Kristin and Colin and wishing them love and laughter for their future. If they can get through 2020 and being in love, they can get through anything!
