Katelyn and Matt met online.  Their first date was at Professor Java’s Sanctuary in Colonie.

Proposal: After a day involving a clothing iron breaking and a malfunctioning electric outlet, the two decided to go out to dinner.  Matt had called ahead to ensure they would receive a corner booth at the restaurant.  They shared a nice meal and before dessert Matt began a short, yet heartfelt speech and then pulled out a ring and asked Katelyn that important question.  Of course, she said Yes!  For what started out as a stressful day, turned into being a wonderful day for these two.

Katelyn and Matt share a 3 year old Terrier Mix, named Willow. They like to spend their weekends walking around the Crossings of Colonie talking about life.  We met them in that same place for their Engagement Session.  They both love playing board games as well and they brought some cute props to tell their story.  We look forward to capturing their Wedding Day in June 2027 at River Stone Manor.
