We all know how interesting of a year it was for Weddings in 2021. We are really happy to say we ended the year on a high note! The Wedding of Brooke and Jimmy was a spectacular day all around. It was our first time working at the Sablewood at Highview Springs, and let me tell you, this place now ranks as one of our favorite places to shoot at. Brooke and her girls got ready in the amazing Bridal Suite while Jimmy and his guys put on their attire next door in the Groom space. It was an unseasonable warm December day, and there were wind advisories out and possible showers, so we set up their First Look on the side porch of the White Barn. The couple had a great First Look and then read private vows to each other. We took our time working around the property for photos and the wedding party came out and we worked on their photos when a slight drizzle started. We quickly finished on the back porch for photos. We had a lot of time before ceremony, so we took the couple up the hill for some amazing views of the Schoharie Valley. The couple were married in a gorgeous ceremony in the White Barn. Everything then moved to the Black Barn for cocktail hour. The had a vintage telephone set up for guests to leave voice messages to them. The reception opened and Nicole’s Catering and Events served an amazing Vegan menu as per the couple’s request. They did such a fabulous job. Everyone partied and danced. It was such a celebration and wonderful way to end 2021. Brooke and Jimmy, you two are so special and we were so honored to capture your amazing day. Wishing you much love for your future together.
