Alyssa & Jarrod met through an online dating app. They matched pretty quickly and started talking right away. They met up soon after and had their first date at Wolff’s Biergarten in Albany. They instantly connected; and there were no awkward moments, but more like two friends catching up. They soon after went on another date and began to fall in love. Away on a long weekend to Rhode Island, Jarrod planned the proposal with a blanket on the beach surrounded by tiki torches at sunset. Unfortunately he found out it was illegal to have open flames on the beach and the sunset was not at the ideal spot. Jarrod pivoted and moved Alyssa to a semi-private area on the beach and popped the question. These two enjoying going to bars/breweries for a few drinks and listening to live music. During the nicer weather, they do a lot of outdoor activties (hike, pickleball, long boarding and swimming). They enjoy walking around Saratoga Springs in the park and hitting up Uncommon Grounds for a coffee/tea. After a long day, they enjoy coming home to their two cats and watching a show/movie together. We spent a beautiful sunlit evening with them in Saratoga for their engagement session. We look forward to capturing their Wedding Day in September 2027 at Greywacke Meadows.
