Eileen and Peter met via an online storytelling course during Covid. Eileen caught Peter’s eye and his friend; who was also in the class, wanted to set them up, but couldn’t figure out how to go about it. Two years later, Eileen walked into a new job and that friend from the class was there and recognized Eileen. She made quick work of setting Peter and Eileen up for an actual date. They clicked right away and have been together ever since.
Peter asked Eileen to marry him at the top of the La Grande roue de Montréal (Ferris Wheel) in Montréal, Quebec. He booked a romantic gondola ride for the occasion.
These two really enjoy going to the movies together; as both were film majors in college. They often watch movies at home as well. They wanted to showcase this in their Engagement Session with us. Eileen found an awesome theater with a beautiful ceiling, chandelier and red velvet seats. We set up a light directly behind them to give the vibe of a projector. They came prepared with some “movie” props as well. We finished the session outside walking around in the rain. It was a really fun session and creative on their part. We can’t wait to spend more time with them and celebrate in October for their Wedding Day at Normanside Country Club.
