Erin & Eric’s Wedding, April 8, 2016, The Century House

We started the day for Erin & Eric at Changes Salon in Latham, where Erin and her girls were having hair and makeup done by a group of artists upstairs. Excitement filled the air as each girl had someone attend to their beauty needs. Erin circled the room chatting it up with her friends, while her mom, April watched with a sentimental eye as the day of her daughter’s wedding began. After some getting ready shots, everyone met up again at The Century House where Erin put on her wedding dress and Eric and his guys; in another room, did the same with their wedding attire. First Look was shot outdoors and literally right after these two saw each other, light white flakes of snow began to fall. Snow in April is rare, and it only happened for a few minutes. But definitely was as if it came on cue after the first look. We had some fun taking some shots around the property. Then everyone packed into their party bus and headed to St. Augustine’s church where the two were wed. After a beautiful ceremony, everyone traveled back to the Century House, and enjoyed a beautiful reception in the White Ballroom. Guests were treated to favors of craft beer from Brown’s Brewing Company and accents of two fish were found not only on the cake topper, but a gorgeous ice sculpture carried the theme.

Erin and Eric, we had such a fun day with you two. You made the day effortless for us and were so willing to do what we asked; we completely thank you. We hope all of your wishes come true and your marriage is long and beautiful.
