How they met: Danielle and Clayton met in manufacturing. Clayton moved from overnight shifts to evening shifts where Danielle was working. They began to work together and became quick friends. Eventually they started to hang out outside of work. Their first “date”, or really a “hang out” was buying some frozen mozzarella sticks and putting on a comedy stand up show together. They’ve been together ever since.
Proposal: During Christmas up in the Adirondacks with family, the went to the Wild Center (Adirondack Natural History Museum) and walked the trails which are lit up during the holidays with lights. Unbeknownst to Danielle; her mom and step-dad scoped out this location the previous week for Clayton’s proposal. Clayton proposed in a beautiful wooden structure full of lights surrounded by their family and closest friends (some who were supposed to be hours away and came out of hiding during the proposal).
They both love playing games together (golf, flag football, yard games, board games, etc.). They also enjoy cooking and going out to good restaurants. They have 3 cats together, who they adore. We met up with them for an evening at Thacher Park, starting at the overlook, then enjoying a fun picnic with champagne and playing a little bocce before the sun set. It was a lot of fun with these two. We can not wait to capture their August 2025 Wedding at Old Daley on Crooked Lake.
