Some people find love in the most unlikely of places. That is true of Harold and Sandra. Their daughters were good friends in school and schemed a way for their parents to meet. Well, sparks flew and they hit it off. Harold and Sandra have been together ever since.
Harold and Sandra were married a few weeks back at Franklin Terrace Ballroom in Troy, NY. The day was brutally hot and the couple chose to have their ceremony inside. Sandra was practically ready to go when we arrived. She has got to be our most prepared bride we’ve worked with. She was more concerned with getting everyone else ready. Harold arrived cool, calm, and collected as well, and we instantly knew it would be a smooth day.
Charles from Franklin Terrace was AWESOME at accomodating the bridal party with everything from getting ready, to coordinating the timing of each bridal party member going down the aisle, to a killer cocktail hour, to a gorgeous reception in their main ballroom. He really knows his stuff.
Even though it was hot out, we got some really nice shots of the entire wedding party and some very intimate shots of the couple outside on the beautiful garden terrace. We then headed back to the ballroom to party it up with Paul Malo of PM Productions, who kept the party going all night long.
Congrats Harold and Sandra; we wish you many years of happiness (and thank goodness for those two daughters of yours)!
