Did you know that we travel for weddings as well as capturing weddings right in the Capital District? Western MA has some great venues and we are always glad to hop over state lines for a change of scenery every now and then. Allison and Dan are such a wonderful couple and truly are two of the nicest people we’ve met. We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express of Westfield early in the day to get some prep shots of both the bride and groom as they got ready in separate rooms. We then traveled to Tekoa Country Club, which was literally a few minutes down the road. The golf course there is beautiful and they have these tall pines that Keith and I just fell in love with. After a beautiful outdoor ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour and were escorted to their seats by a place card that was an anchor bottle opener. The nautical theme could be seen in everything from the place cards to the wedding cake. Guests danced in large groups and even a friend of Allison’s performed a Zumba dance which everyone could follow. The sunset light was just gorgeous on the grounds, so we ventured out for some more shots of the lovebirds.
We had so much fun with you both Allison and Dan. We know you guys will have a long, beautiful marriage. It is obvious, that you two are truly meant for each other.

Allison is beautiful! We loved that her gown had pockets!
Not going to lie, it was sunny. But I think they all liked wearing shades anyway.
THOSE trees and the shadows; LOVE!
He got a hole in one!
Now for a lesson
Great centerpiece game. Literally every person was out of their seat at one point. A lot of fun!
