Megan & Justin, March 11, 2017, Saratoga National Golf Club

Megan and Justin’s wedding kicked off our March weddings.  We met Megan and her girls at her parents” house where both makeup and hair were well underway.  Mom and Dad had a gorgeous back room that had wonderful natural light coming in from many windows.  We loved using it for detail pictures and even later on after the girls were dressed for portraits since it was brutally cold outdoors.  We headed to the Church of Saint Claire where we met up with Justin and his guys.  After a few shots of the Groom and his crew, we set up for the ceremony.  Megan and Justin were married in front of around 140 guests and then we all headed up the Northway to Saratoga National Golf Course.  Having a little time before cocktail hour, we whisked the Bride and Groom around the interior of the building for shots of the newly married couple.  The Bride and Groom had a first look at their ballroom, which was gorgeously decorated by the floral design team of Surroundings Floral.  They even got a chance to practice their First Dance alone before guests entered.  It was a such a wonderful gathering of friends and family who enjoyed a delicious assortment of fare by Mazzone Hospitality.  A favorite moment of ours was when toasts were given.  A surprise toast by the Grandfather of the Bride was given and during the speech, a member of the wait staff came out with a bowl of ice cream (as previously planned by Grandpa) for him to feed to the Bride.  He joked as to how he was the first to feed her ice cream when she was a little girl and why not be able to do it again on her wedding day.  A very touching moment.  

Megan and Justin, you had a beautiful day and it is evident that you are both surrounded with so much love.  We wish you the very best for a beautiful marriage together!
