Liz and Joe grew up together going to the same school. In fact, Joe’s father was Liz’ basketball coach. Even though they knew each other, they didn’t hit it off until their college years when Joe came home for the holidays and the two found themselves talking to each other among an outing with a group of friends.
After dating for a couple years, Joe sprung his proposal on Liz with a romantic dinner in their home with champagne, candles, and music. Coming home directly from work on an ordinary day, Liz was surprised at all that Joe had done (especially having dinner ready, even though she had picked up some dinner to bring home). Joe got down on one knee and popped the question.
These two recently moved out of state, but a favorite place of theirs has always been Lake George. We met up with the two on the Million Dollar Beach and surrounding areas just as the sun was setting. We love the feel of this session and can’t wait to get back to Lake George again in July 2017 for their wedding at the Top of the World Golf Resort and Inn at Erlowest. We know it will be one special day!
