Did you know that we offer a FREE Engagement Session with most of our Wedding Packages? We do this because we think it is so important to get the chance to spend some time with couples so we get to know each other better and the couple gets to see our personality during “work mode.” If you’ve ever had a photo shoot with us, you know you’re going to have a good time.
Keith and I (Meg) got the chance to have a little fun with Kim and Evan at Kim’s family property up in Altamont. Their idea to have an outdoor shoot during the winter was tricky because they wanted snow in the photos. We waited till we had a few inches on the ground and decided on the date of the shoot. Low and behold, we didn’t realize that the day of it would be snowing. PERFECTION!! Seriously, the locale was the best setting for this shoot and the snowflakes came at just the right time.
We used a few rustic barns on the property and even had a little too much fun playing in the snow (as you’ll see below). LOL! In addition, both Evan and Kim love wine and what better way to incorporate that into the shoot by having a little wine picnic. We had such a blast with these two and can’t wait to capture their July 2013 wedding. Be sure to look for it, from what we know of the planning, it will be VERY CREATIVE!
Having some fun. Love the shot of them catching snowflakes on their tongues.
Interesting ring shot.

WAIT A SECOND, You’re NOT supposed to throw a snowball at your photographer! LOL!
