Cathy and Ken had an absolutely beautiful winter wedding.  It was one of those VERY cold December days.  We started the day at the Comfort Inn and Suites where Cathy and her girls were busy sitting in the chairs of MU and hair Artists, Kyle Anne Garcia and Tina Commisso Barbato; who just happen to be the “dream team” when it comes to hair and makeup.  Videographers Lauren and Jeremy from LaRose Media also met us there and the girls had some fun getting some festive pics in front of the hotel’s Christmas tree.  We all headed over to the Old Daley Inn on Crooked Lake and met up with the guys while the girls shuffled into the Bridal Suite.  Both Ken and Cathy opened gifts from each other and it was such a neat moment to capture.  After Cathy had a first reveal with her father, we had the couple’s first look on the sun porch where the lighting was just prefect.  Ken absolutely melted when he saw his gorgeous bride.  We took a great deal of portraits of the couple and were super stoked that the Averill Park had received a good deal of snow.  Cathy looked like she belonged in a winter wonderland along with her super cute red UGG boots.

The couple were married indoors near the cozy fire place in front of family and friends and then danced the night away; literally to the sounds of Vinny Vin of Nonstop Music.  We headed outdoors later on to get some night shots.  Old Daley Inn’s Hot Chocolate Bar helped tremendously in keeping the couple warm when we were outdoors.  It also helped as a neat prop for some pics.  It was such a beautiful day and we had so much fun with this couple.  Cathy and Ken we wish you a splendid marriage!!
